Talkabout

Talkabout is the Welsh Scout Council's annual conference, incorporating the Annual General Meeting.

The conference takes the form of a one-day event at the Pavillion in Llandrindod Wells, Mid Wales.

Talkabout 2009

The Welsh Scout Council has the pleasure of inviting all those involved in or supporters of Scouting in Wales to Talkabout 2009 "Scouting in the Community" incorporating the Annual General Meeting of the Welsh Scout Council.

  • The Pavilion Conference Centre, Spa Road, Llandrindod Wells
  • Registration and coffee from 10:30am
  • Lunch will be provided
  • Scout uniform and medals to be worn (if appropriate)

  2. Presentation by Dr Stella Creasy, Head of Public Affairs & Campaigns, The Scout Association
  3. Annual General Meeting of The Welsh Scout Council
  4. Address by Simon Weston OBE, President of the Welsh Scout Council
  5. Closing remarks - Chief Commissioner
  6. Lunch
