Tudor Cule

A riverside site, set in 26 acres of a small wooded valley near Llangenny, approximately 5 miles from Abergavenny. It has 4 acres of camping ground as well as a chapel, campfire circle and a number of altar fires. Water is supplied via a traditional hand pump and Elsan disposal is also provided. A supply of pioneering poles, ropes, pulleys and other equipment is available.

The site is ideal for all backwoods, Scoutcraft and outdoor activities. It is near to good walking country and canoeing is available just a few miles away on the River Usk. The site is designated a Site of Special Scientific Interest, due to the presence of rare plant species and other wildlife. It is also close to the Black Mountains.
