Llyn Bala Sailing Weekend

Saturday 27 – Sunday 28 September 2008

This opportunity used to "piggyback" onto the North Wales Water Activity Weekend, but this year it is an event in its own right and confirms the Welsh Scout Council Water Activities Team’s commitment to developing its events to meet demand.

As at the similar Llyn Brenig weekend, places are limited by the number of available boats this time to 24, and RYA junior level 1 and 2 training and assessment is provided.

Camping is available approximately 3/4 of a mile from the Bala Sailing Club at Pen-y-Garth Caravan & Camping Park, this site caters for campers, and has also some static accommodation for hire by making your own arrangements.
