DofE Gold "open" expedition

Are you looking for an opportunity to undertake a Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award expedition?

ScoutsWales will be running another "open" gold expedition from its centre at Hafod in Snowdonia this summer.  This will be open to any members of Scouting who wish to complete either a final assessed expedition or undertake complete expedition training including a final practice expedition.

The event is intended as an opportunity for individuals or small numbers who are unable to form their own team to undertake an expedition.

The event will run from 24 August - 1 Sept 2012 and will be staffed by experienced expedition supervisors and assessors.

The cost for 2011 was £150 which includes all food, accommodation, camp fees and transport during the week.  Please enquire for 2012 costs.
