International Service Team Information
To be in the International Service Team (IST) at the 22nd World Scout Jamboree in Sweden 2011, you must be an active Scout, and you need to have turned 18 at the start of the camp. That means you must have been born on or before the 24 July 1993.
For the 22nd World Scout Jamboree, it is intended to coordinate and run a Welsh IST Unit. This unit will be part of the main UK Contingent but will also have its own identity alongside the Welsh participant units. IST members may wish to assist on participant training days / weekends in addition to regular meetings as adults.

Any person who applied for IST consideration by the UK Contingent will be informed by 8th Dec if they have been successful.
The Welsh IST Unit
Following successful selection to the UK IST you may wish to be considered for membership of the Welsh IST Unit, you will need to complete a further registration form. This will be available to download from this site, or hard copy from the Welsh Scout Council, office when UK IST Selection has finished - probably late Feb 2010.
