An event open to scouts and leaders on May Bank Holiday Weekend. The purpose of the event is to encourage expeditioning by canoe or kayak and provides approximately 35 miles of canoeing between Hoarwithy near Hereford and Monmouth over three days.

DofE open Gold expeditionDofE open Gold expedition24 August - 1 September
ScoutsWales will be running an "open" gold expedition from its centre at Hafod in Snowdonia this summer. This will be open to any members of Scouting who wish to complete either a final assessed expedition or undertake complete expedition training including a final practice expedition.
